In a multi-vendor hospital IT programme, no single vendor is responsible for the whole. KareInfinity brings the capability to provide independent assurance — checking systems against requirements, coordinating across vendor streams, and verifying production readiness before go-live.
A modern hospital implementation is not one project — it is six, eight, or ten simultaneous vendor projects that must come together into a single working environment. Each vendor is responsible for their own scope, but no vendor is responsible for the spaces between scopes, the integration points, or whether the whole actually meets the hospital's requirements. That gap is where implementations fail.
Our Implementation Assurance capability is designed to fill that gap as an independent function for the hospital. We can support gap fit analysis before delivery, programme coordination across vendor streams, bridging solutions when vendor issues or delays put delivery at risk, and verification and validation so the go/no-go decision can be backed by evidence rather than vendor optimism alone.
Gap Fit Analysis
Before implementation begins, every hospital has documented clinical, administrative, and operational requirements, and every selected vendor makes claims about what their system can do. We have the capability to run Gap Fit Analysis — testing those claims against the requirements, system by system — across HIS, EMR, LIS, RIS/PACS, the Integration Engine, and any connected medical devices.

That can mean a purpose-built integration adapter, workflow automation, or reporting capability — engineered to close a specific gap and tested to the same standard as surrounding production systems — so operations are not held back while vendor paths are resolved.
Verification & Validation
We have the capability to perform independent verification and validation ahead of go-live. Verification confirms a system has been built as specified; validation confirms it meets the hospital's requirements in practice — so the go/no-go decision can rest on evidence rather than vendor assurance alone.
